Refunds and Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not within 30 days of your pruchase.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

If your return is accepted a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued on a reply email.

Make sure you put the RMA# on the exterior of box accompanied with your authorization email placed inside the box.
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately after receiving the returned merchandise. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
